Thank you for your prayers, and for setting a good example to all of us without being too 'preachy' like everyone else. Thanks again for the message you put out, and for sacrificing your time for us." "I am involved in Crew because I think that it is important that teens abstain from sex until marriage. Because that is the only way you can be sure you won't get an STD or something, like a kid." "Wow, what does Crew mean to me? It has helped me reach out to other kids in my area. It has re-enforced my commitment to be sexual pure until I am married. I have met so many different people that think the same way I do and that is the best thing in the world!!! Every week it makes me happy to see my friends and remember that there are kids out here that think the same way that I do and I can be myself and let my guard down and have fun. I hope that kids will look at us and think WOW God is working in that area and doing amazing things with them and I want to be apart of that and be around a good enviroment. I hope that God will keep doing amazing things in our wonderful K-Town area and in the whole world. But this is just a little bit of what Crew means to me and my self esteem. You are the best in the whole world! Love you guys." "I first joined Crew my 7th grade year. I am currently a Sophomore. I joined because I saw the need and knew that I could make a differnece. It bothered me that it was my generation and people my age who were forced to deal with sex before marriage and the consequences that come with it, unwanted pregnancy and STDs, all while living in a world where having sex before marriage is normal. Crew is how I fight this current. Crew is also a great source of friendships. It is a great place to go when you feel like you are alone and you see that there are many other people who believe in what you believe. Being part of Crew and being able to make an impact has impacted my life. I realize that I am held to a higher standard. I have been opposed and a target for my belief, but that just makes my resolve and my determination more intense."
